Studies have measured the cognitive effects of caffeine on athletes. Athletes consuming caffeine prior to intense fitness training showed improved concentration with the ability to sustain high levels of exercise intensity including athletes with sufficient sleep.

5. Reduces Muscle Pain
A study involving women found that drinking two cups of coffee can reduce post workout muscle soreness.
Another small study of caffeine consuming males found that caffeine significantly reduced post-workout muscle soreness and shortened recovery time compared to a placebo when measured on day 2 and 3 post-workout. Participants drinking coffee prior to upper body weight training were also able to complete more repetitions on their final set.

Our story began in the heart of a local CrossFit gym, where the energy of athletes pushing their limits inspired us to create a coffee that could keep up with the intensity of every workout. That’s why we set out to craft premium, performance-driven coffee that’s not only sugar-free but also sustainably grown. Each of our blends is carefully sourced from farmers who use eco-friendly practices, ensuring that every cup you enjoy supports both your fitness goals and the planet. We believe that good coffee should be as pure and hardworking as you are—fueling every WOD, recovery session, and daily hustle with clean, guilt-free energy just as prescribed (RX’D).

What started as a simple idea in a local gym has grown into a mission to help athletes everywhere stay strong, focused, and unstoppable—one sustainably grown, sugar-free cup at a time.
